Preparing for your session

Bring the following essentials for a comfortable and effective session:

  • 2 body towels- one to lay on bench to absorb sweat while sitting and one to lay on the floor to stand on and absorb sweat as well

  • (Protecting the natural wood is important for longevity of the sauna)

Each wavelength offers its own exclusive advantages:

Near Infrared (NIR): The wavelength of NIR is the shortest of the three. It’s absorbed just below the surface of the skin, promoting wound healing, cell health/regeneration, skin revitalization and can mitigate inflammation.
